The Board of Directors would like to thank all of our neighbors for their help, contributions and participation with the community projects, events and covenant compliance. The Hampstead Community continues to grow and develop into one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Columbia County and we could not achieve that reputation without having concerned neighbors trying to make a difference in our success.

If you would like to volunteer to lead any projects, or participate on the Board of Directors, please give any of the board members a phone call or send an email and we would be glad to have others get more involved.

Lester Pretlow has decided to grow the involvement of the Board of Directors by initiating the “Everyone just ONE” program whereas each board member is just assigned one task to maintain for the year. The work is shared and nobody gets overloaded.
