The Hampstead Community Association Board of Directors would like to welcome you to the neighborhood and our web site!

The Hampstead neighborhood was born in 2000 and is centrally located in Augusta – convenient to downtown, restaurants and even the new growth in Evans. The public school system zoned for our neighborhood continues to surpass national averages and is one of the reasons why many families desire to move into our community. It also helps that we are located between two highly desirable neighborhood communities such as Barrington and The Preserves with home values starting at $500,000 and exceeding $1 million!

The community was formed amongst 3 local builders (Beazley, Herbert and Pierwood) and has a set of covenants to maintain property image, increase value and provide for consistency and a common feel. The members of the Board of Directors changed from the builders to the homeowners in 2002 and we have continued to make advancements and improvements to the neighborhood over the past several years.
