GEORGE & OPAL HOARD

The Board of Directors would like to thank two of our neighbors that keep the property beautiful.  They are the neighbors that constantly clean up any debris within the neighborhood and along Stevens Creek Road.  They have also helped lower the community watering bills through George's efforts to repair leaks within the sprinkler system, adjust the watering zones, and alter the system to provide water to the new sod within the detention pond.  All of these donated hours help reduce the costs to the neighborhood and improve the efficiency of our systems.

We all benefit from their continuous efforts, so the Board of Directors wanted to honor these unsung heroes of Hampstead and recognize their efforts.  If we can all take Lester Pretlow's 2008 Initiative for everybody to be responsible for just 1 thing, then all of us can contribute to the success of this neighborhood with very little time commitments and involvement.

We appreciate all that George & Opal have done for us over the past couple of years and are extremely thankful that they are a part of our Hampstead Community.  If you would like to volunteer to lead, or participate, in one effort - please let us know.  Write to any of the board members on the Contact Us page.
